The environmentally friendly handmade coaster using a proprietary green technology developed by the School of Applied Science staff and students. A poem titled "Our Glocal Connect Village" accompanied the coaster. The poem was composed by a Temasek Polytechnic staff under the pseudonym Maya.

The card holder was put up for sale and sold to raise fund for CCN 2016.
