Eleven recipients were presented to the media in the Presentation of Top Graduates event on Tuesday, 27 April 2021. The recipients of the awards were: Lee Kuan Yew Award - Viyshnatulasiy Manivannen, Ng Yong Jie, Teo Zhi Jie and Soh Woon Hao Kenneth; Tay Eng Soon Gold Medal - Josiah Tham; Lee Kong Chian Award - Chan Ming Jie Cerlynn, Soh Yan Kang Ian and Keisia Dominique Lim-Urquhart; CapitaLand Award for All-Round Excellence - Chew Ming En Lucas and Muhammad Juraimi B Rafinyi. The Ngee Ann Kongsi Most Outstanding Overcomer Award was given to Alina Seow Gek Ting who was diagnosed with diplegic cerebral palsy which affected both her legs.
