Assistive Technology Library @ TP was launched on 13 November 2018 in the TP Library. The set-up was a result of a collaboration between Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and SPD, with support from Info-communications Media Development Authority (IMDA). Temasek Polytechnic students with special educational needs (SEN) would be able to test and try out various Assistive Technology (AT) devices onsite. They would also be able to loan them out on a short-term basis before purchasing them, or when their own devices require maintenance. The event also witnessed the signing of an MOU by TP's Principal & CEO, Mr Peter Lam and Mr Abhimanyau Pal, Executive Director, SPD.
