Press release. 03 Oct. 2016. MAS and local Polytechnics sign Memorandum of Understanding to promote skills development in financial technology

Description: On 3 October 2016, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the five local polytechnics namely, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechninc, Singapore Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to review and enhance the polytechnics' curricula in the next three years to prepare and equip graduates with the skills sets necessary to take on the new FinTech-related jobs emerging in the financial sector. The MOU covered the following areas: Curriculum reviews, internships and joint projects with FinTech Community.
