Temasek Polytechnic (TP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Huawei, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider. The partnership allowed for the sharing of knowledge and skills in cloud computing technology and enabled TP's students to respond to growing demands in this area and the establishment of the Cloud Technology & Innovation Center, a joint laboratory dedicated to the research, development, and teaching of cloud computing technology. Present at the event were Mr Boo Kheng Hua, Principal & CEO, Temasek Polytechnic, Tony Zhang, South Pacific Regional VP of Huawei Enterprise and Jayson Goh, Executive Director, Infocomms and Media, Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB).
