For the second time, Temasek Polytechnic has been awarded the prestigious Electrolux Culinary Institution of the Year award at the recent World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence 2012 held on 24 March. The award recognised culinary institutions that offered courses for nurturing culinary talents, and had been consistent in delivering and promoting high standards in the culinary field. The World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence was regarded as the foremost national accolade in the industry. Mr Tan Hsien Wei, Course Manager, Diploma in Culinary & Catering Management, Temasek Polytechnic said that TP was delighted to receive the award.
