On 20 March 2012, Changi Airport Group (CAG) and Temasek Polytechnic (TP) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to facilitate collaboration between both organisations in the areas of aviation training initiatives and sharing of expertise and information on best practices in the aviation industry. Mrs Lay-Tan Siok Lie, Deputy Principal, Temasek Polytechnic and Mr Foo Sek Min, Executive Vice President, Airport Management, Changi Airport Group signed the MOU.
