Description: To support the Women Health Exhibition and in conjunction with TP Wellness Day on 30 October 2008, TP Library held a book display featuring a selection of books and AV resources in late October 2008. Library resources on nutrition, sports, diet, healthy living, wellness and more were selected for display at the Lifestyle floor, Level 3, to create awareness and promote the availability of these titles in the Library.

Wooden coasters

Description: A set of 5 coasters engraved with Christmas motifs. Designed and crafted using plywood by Product and Industrial Design students of the School of Design, the coasters were put up for sale and sold to raise fund for CCN 2016. They were on loan to the TP Archives for display in the Library foyer on Level 2 from 19 May 2017 to 16 June 2017 during CCN exhibition, the 1st curated exhibition to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the TP Archives.

Description: A DIY wooden floor lamp beautifully sculpted and crafted by Jordon Ang Boon Keng, Product and Industrial Design student, School of Design. The wooden lamp was put up for sale and sold to raise fund for CCN 2013. Description: Acrylic coasters in 5 different colours were given away to visitors during the CCN Exhibition held in the library from 19 May to 16 June 2017. The exhibition was the 1st curated exhibition to commemorate the 1st anniversary of the TP Archives. The message on the coasters is to encourage the TP community to share their memories or memorabilia about TP.

Young leaders series 2012

Description: Temasek Polytechnic hosted the Young leaders series on 31 October to 1 November 2012 for students from different secondary schools. Organised by the Corporate Communications Department, this series of events invited outstanding students with good academic and CCA records to come to TP and get a taste of some of the opportunities they would be able to enjoy as TP scholars and student leaders. This outreach programme, which imparted essential life skills while showcasing the benefits of a TP education was conducted by the Centre for Character & Leadership Education and the Entrepreneurship Centre. Besides students learning about building self-confidence, the series of indoor and outdoor programmes enabled the students not only to focus on achieving strong leadership and teamwork skills, but also looked to the needs of the team members and developed their potential. The theme for this Young leaders series was "Discover the person you want to be".

Description: Temasek Polytechnic hosted the Young leaders series on 19 March 2013 for some 120 students from 18 secondary schools. Organised by the Corporate Communications Department, this series of events invited outstanding students with good academic and CCA records to come to TP for a day and get a taste of some of the opportunities they would be able to enjoy as TP Scholars and student leaders. This outreach programme, which imparted essential life skills while showcasing the benefits of a TP education was conducted by the Centre for Character & Leadership Education and the Entrepreneurship Centre. Besides students learning about building self-confidence, they were assigned an entrepreneurship project entitled "KoolWerkz challenge" to sell KoolWerkz frozen desserts. These enterprising students were able to pick up key entrepreneurial and marketing skills to successfully persuade staff and students to buy the frozen desserts and raised $555 for TP's Campus Care Network funds.
