Ten top polytechnic level award recipients and one Ngee Ann Kongsi Overcomer award winner were presented to the media at the "Presentation of top graduates" event on Tuesday, 26 April 2016. The recipients of the awards were: Lee Kuan Yew Award - Joy Sim Fenghua, Goi Jia Jian, Anabel Ng Shu Ming; Tay Eng Soon Gold Medal - Loo Jian Han; Lee Kong Chian Award - Van Gia Tuan, Li Jiaoxuan, Bryan Tam Wei Hoe; CapitaLand Award for All-Round Excellence - Lew Jia Yun; Lee Kong Chian Award for All-Round Excellence - Andria Tan Yi Ying, Tan Yue Ting. The Ngee Ann Kongsi Most Outstanding Overcomer award was given to Chia Hong Sen who was born blind and was the 1st graduate with total visual impairment.
