Description: Temasek Polytechnic (TP) Open House 2017 was held on 5 to 7 January 2017. The annual open house was held to enable secondary school students to make an informed choice regarding their educational path after they have completed their studies. The secondary school students were given the opportunity to meet up with the lecturers from the respective schools, have a chat with them on the diploma courses offered and the different options available, tour the campus and met up with TP students to find out more about the facilities and life in the campus. Some of the activities provided during the 3-day open house included 3D Virtual Reality tours, a fashion show, closed-up with a real-life Hawker Siddeley 700A private jet, analysed forensic evidence, and more.

The annual open house was held to enable secondary school students to make an informed choice regarding their educational path after they have completed their studies. The secondary school students were given the opportunity to meet up with the lecturers from the respective schools, have a chat with them on the diploma courses offered, tour the campus and meet up with Temasek Polytechnic students to find out more about the outstanding facilities, the different options open to them and life in the campus. Some of the activities provided during the 3-day open house included a fashion show, performances by TP students (a roller skating routine, yo-yo performances, concert with live band and TP's own DivoDiva with a medley of songs, students doing TP's signature "Chicky dance", and percussion music), music by popular local band the Goodfellas and live broadcast from the Plaza with DJ Charmaine Yee from Radio 91.3FM.

Description: Temasek Polytechnic Open House was held from 19 to 21 January 2006. The annual event was held to enable secondary school students to make an informed choice regarding their educational path after they have completed their studies. Visitors were given the opportunity to meet up with the lecturers from the respective schools to find out more on the diploma courses offered. Mr Boo Kheng Hua, Principal & CEO and senior management staff took the opportunity to walk around the different schools to observe the many different activities that were organised to entice the secondary school students to join the polytechnic after their O Level results. I-Guides, a group of volunteer students, were on hand to guide visitors around the campus and brief them about the various schools and activities going on. Some of the highlights of the the 3-day Open House included a couture catwalk featuring works by Apparel Design & Merchandising students, meet & greet Singapore Idol finalists, Olinda Cho and Sylvester Sim, doodle box, Engineering project show -- "experience" 3D computer graphics and visualisation technologies, animal and fish magic, maze of colourings & flavouring, courses & CCA exhibitions, performances by TP students, and water adventures such as dragon boating, canoeing and canoe-polo held at Bedok Reservoir. The finale of the Open House was the Jam and Hop session on 21 January 2006 evening with performances by Leandra and renowned local groups.

Description: The Temasek Polytechnic Open House was held from 4 to 6 February 1999. The theme for the Open House was "Be Yourself, Be the Best and Be at TP. Students were recruited as I-Guides to guide and provide information on the polytechnic to visitors. Beside course and career counselling, celebrities such as Kate Reyes from Perfect 10 and TCS actress Evelyn Tan, were invited to entertain the visitors. Other highlights included in the annual event were a student fashion show, flying fox and abseiling in the Plaza and live performances such as Rhythm & Dance and skit by the Drama Club.

I-Guides, a group of volunteer students, were on hand to guide visitors around the campus. Visitors were treated to a showcase of TP's courses, facilities and outstanding projects. They could also experienced e-travel and be on air @ the media room. The finale of the Open House was the Hop and Jam session with entertainment by Project MX2, a talent showcase featuring TP students, Najip Ali, Sheikh Haikel, Chua Lee Lian and Randall Tan.

Description: More than 250 invited O level school leavers and their parents attended TP's first ever Scholarship Showcase, held on the last day of the Open House on 7 January 2012. Mr Edmond Khoo, Deputy Principal kicked off the Showcase with an inspiring address in which he highlighted how TP invested in its outstanding students. The highlight of the event was a tea session which allowed the potential scholars and their parents to interact with senior staff members and students to get first-hand information on what TP has to offer. Also present were TP's alumni scholars who shared on their experiences as recipients of TP's scholarships.
